My story
Holistic Nutritionist
I discovered Ayurveda while searching for answers to my own imbalances. At a time when little was said about the link between irritable bowel syndrome, hormonal disorders, and anxiety, this ancestral medicine opened my eyes: everything was interconnected.
When I saw how these practices transformed me, I knew I wanted to share them. I started as a self-taught learner, exploring Ayurveda through travel, reading, and meeting inspiring caregivers. Then, in 2024, I decided to formalize my journey by enrolling in a specialized school to obtain a federal certificate.
My vision of holistic nutrition?
An approach that goes far beyond macros and calories. It’s not just about what you eat, but how your body absorbs it, how it interacts with your emotions, your lifestyle, your history.
My approach is inspired by Ayurveda, European naturopathy, herbalism, and dialogue with current research (as a former medical student, I haven’t forgotten that!). And of course, a touch of spirituality—because a lack of meaning or unresolved trauma also leaves its mark on metabolism.
Sometimes, a few dietary adjustments are enough. Other times, we need medicinal plants to support the process, simple rituals to reconnect with ourselves.
I know how much these imbalances—digestive, hormonal, and psychological—can weigh on you.
But I also know they are not inevitable. Finding balance is possible—with gentleness, patience, and the right support.
